Texas State Warranty


Galaxy Systems guarantees that it will make available replacement parts that are of the same or equivalent quality for a period up to 3 years from the end-of-life or discontinuation date for any product delivered by Galaxy Systems under the State of Texas CISV program.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GALAXY SYSTEMS, INC., ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS (THE " GALAXY-SYSTEMS.com PARTIES") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE Galaxy-Systems.com PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE Galaxy-Systems.com PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY GALAXY SYSTEMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Governing Law, Miscellaneous

By using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and by any revisions, if applicable. These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws (but not the rules governing conflicts of law) of the state of Texas. You agree that venue and jurisdiction for all disputes will be in Dallas County, Texas.

Note:

1. Galaxy Systems is not responsible for any damage to other parts or personal or property injury as a result of using any of our products or as a result of defective products. For instance, we are not responsible for damages to a motherboard if or when a power supply is defective. You may contact the manufacturer for any recourse.
2. By placing an order with Galaxy Systems, you indicate that you have read this policy and agree with it.
   
3. Galaxy Systems is a distributor. There is no way for us to test all products before shipping. To avoid dead-on-arrival (DOA), you may consider having us test the product(s) before shipping.
   
4. Any items installed by Galaxy Systems for the customer will be tested prior to installation to verify operations.
